We recommend this program primarily to fast Internet users , however the program can work with a dial up connection and it attempts a dial-up Internet connection five minutes prior to the end of the auction.

We recommend that you choose a simulated mode at least once to view how the program works, as follows: 1. Choose simulated mode by clicking the red "live" button 2.

Log in to Ebay and check "keep me signed in" box 3.Navigate the Ebay site that shows in the right pan to the item that you would like to bid for.

Do not click on 'Submit', instead select the number of seconds from the drop down box on the left pan. 5.At the end of the process both the 'Lapsed time' and 'Seconds to end of action' will be running continuously.

When 'Seconds to end of auction' will match the seconds that you have selected (between 3 and 13), the system will stop ( since this is a simulated mode).
