Reliable, with loads of features. Never
wanted to go to another once I started using it.

| Keynote works well as a simple editor, but it goes beyond that with 2 cool features.
One: you can organise your document into a tree of folders and pages. The tree structure is displayed in a separate pane for easy navigation. I find this useful for keeping notes and jottings which break down into categories.
Two: encryption! You can store a document as encrypted. What more can I say? I use Keynote as my password repository. It prompts for the key when you open an encrypted document. Encryption is optional, so you don't have to bother for non-secure stuff. |
