Parallax is achieved by slicing a photo into several different layers then rotating each layer at a different speed, transparancy and or direction creating a 3D effect.

As the parallax image rotates still photos, text, hyperlinks, shapes, boarders, corner graphics and backgrounds can be added to the foreground and background.
